Hosted each month by a HR expert, you can tap into decades of expertise, get your questions answered and gain immediate feedback on how to implement your learnings!

Karen Kirton is the founder of Amplify HR which is a consulting business that specialises in working with businesses of 10–100 employees to help them find, grow and keep great employees.

Karen writes regularly about improving workplace engagement and performance including in industry publications such as Dynamic Business, HR Daily and MyBusiness. She has worked in human resources for over20 years, is the author of the best-selling book “Great People and Great Business” and has held a long interest in the intersection of people and organisations which led her to complete degree qualifications in business and psychology.

Robyn is an experienced HR Advisor with a Diploma in Business (HRM) and over 15 years experience across Sydney, London and Singapore. Robyn has worked within large consulting firms, and also within the private and public-sector.

Robyn has led small teams, run a successful volunteer based organisation, and enjoys building relationships and consulting with employees on a range of HR related matters. With a strong sense of compliance in HRlegislation and policy matters, she advises employees and managers in a sensitive and understanding way to ensure matters are solved quickly and concisely.

Florence is a Human Resource generalist advisor with over 18 years’ experience, Florence has worked in HR management roles in both small and medium sized private companies. She has many years of experience leading teams within a large not for profit organisation, working across many and varied industries.
Florence has a Masters of HRM along with wealth of knowledge and experience in dealing with HR issues and is passionate about partnering with businesses to help them get the best out of their employees.

When are they?

Masterclasses are held at 1pm AEST on the last Tuesday of every month via zoom. Just bring your lunch and your readiness to learn!

What’s included?

Every masterclass focuses on one topic, and these are different every month. Some of the topics for this year include:

• Presentation skills

The sessions are a mixture of facilitator-led learning, small group discussions, and practical activities.

How much are they?

Masterclasses are included within our HR plans or can be purchased separately at just $199+GST per attendee per class, or at a discounted rate of $1990+GST for a yearly pass (12 sessions).

What if I change my mind?

No need to pay up front without experiencing the value for yourself. Just request your free invite to our next masterclass. and then decide.

What if I can’t make one of the live sessions?

We don’t record the sessions to ensure a safe space for everyone to ask questions and share their experiences. You can transfer your registration to another person in your team if you are unable to make a session.

Are numbers limited?

Yes. Only a maximum of 3 people per company can attend each session to ensure the masterclasses remain diverse and valuable for everyone.

How do I get access?

We will provide you with a zoom link to pre register for the masterclasses.
